Abstract

Starting from the problematic relation between energy, external constraint and underdevelopment in Argentina, this work proposes to expose a methodology to identify development strategies leveraged in energy. To this end, a methodology is proposed, which, based on an analysis based on a thermodynamic approach to energy and a longterm vision of technical change in the use of energy, allows the identification of combinations of energy resources and generation technologies that have the potential to pull a process of structural change from the development of an energy policy articulated with the industrial, technological and scientific sectors.
