Abstract

The authors aim to analyze the behavior of the public policies that are related to regional
production processes since the change in national administration by the end of
2015 - beginnings of a neoliberal-style economic project - by emphasizing the events
that took place throughout 2017 and taking the viticulture and milk sectors as examples.
In continuity with the studies published in the CEUR/Conicet website, they delve
into aspects which are related with the interaction of the agents involved in each circuit
and the State's role throughout a period of deepening of the neoliberal vision of economics
and its social consequences.
