Abstract

This work focuses on analyzing, discussing, and proposing hypotheses about the spatial and socio-territorial aspects of DNU 70/23 and the bill 'Basic Law and Starting Points for the Freedom of Argentines' (known as the 'omnibus law') sent by the Executive Power to the National Congress, from the perspective of critical geography. The aim is to unravel the characteristics of the underlying accumulation mode in the proposal and the corresponding development model. The intention of the work is for a preliminary critical exploration of the most evident socio-territorial issues in the regulations. It pursues a dual purpose: to contribute a critical analysis from a geographical standpoint and to provide some conceptual foundations for further research.
