Abstract

The objective of this article is to analyze how technological change is expressed in the Collective Labor Agreements in Argentina post 2002, in two activities of the industrial sector: the automotive industry and the production of gas and oil. There are several authors who point to transformations in the world of work as a consequence of the generalization and expansion of new digital technologies. As Argentina is a case where Collective Labor Agreements are a central institution that regulates the framework in which labor relations take place, we will analyze to what extent, and how, technological change is present in the negotiation processes collective, and secondly, what are the implications of the terms in which it is finally regulated.
