Abstract

This paper is based on the research that gave rise to the master's thesis. It recovers the first student discomforts and dissents in the Instituto Nacional Superior del Profesorado "Dr. Joaquín V. González", located in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, in the context of the last civil-military dictatorship. First, it describes the educational guidelines promoted by the Military Board for Higher Education and, particularly, for institutions belonging to the teacher training subcircuit. Secondly, it offers an analytical reconstruction of the emerging student concerns and dissidence in this context. It concludes by characterizing the relevance that this process acquired for the questioning of the continuity of de facto policies in higher education.
