Explanations to Argentina's chronic instability. Economic imbalances, socio-political conflicts and representational disputes

Abstract

The work seeks to critically systematize the interpretations that have been proposed to understand argentine instability. in total, twelve explanatory frameworks have been identified, in which mention is made of various factors and schemes, divided between large disciplinary fields. Thus, three explanations focused on economic imbalances, four on socio-political conflicts and the final five in view of cultural and representational disputes will be reviewed. at the end of the work some reflections will be offered as a critical balance.
