Abstract

The author addresses the context in which cooperatives that were fostered by certain public policies during the Néstor Kirchner and Cristina Kirchner administrations (2003 - 2015) were born.
It highlights certain innovating aspects for the cooperativist movement and places these entities in their historical and complex place, as well as it observes its situation and its perspectives for the Mauricio Macri administration.
