Abstract

The article aims to address the conflicts of the company Mercadolibre with the representatives of the trucking and banking syndicates, two traditional unions of the logistics and financial sectors of Argentina, respectively. Taking into account the most distinctive characteristics of the company, as well as its trajectory, it is intended to account for the power of the market that it has been shaping both locally and regionally. From the conflicts analyzed it is concluded that the studied company represents a recent and novel case of how to avoid legal and labor limits that arouses concern both for the states and for the future of workers' organizations.
