Twenty-five years after the first worker-recovered enterprises emerged, and within a context marking the end of the recovery cycle, this article provides an assessment of the phenomenon across its economic-labor and associative dimensions. This evaluation is based on a panel study conducted between 2017 and 2025 across ten consolidated recovered enterprises. In particular, it analyzes the achievements of these companies and the extent to which they have been sustained over time, despite the recurring crises in recent Argentinian history.
